hi to all

iam 25 year old and iam planning for pregnancy since one yr but it does not work .i visited so many gyane but nohing help out .2 week before i got to know iam having hypothyroidism and doctor gave me mdicine for 1 month and iam taking it but this month i got my period 1 week early than regular date .and the pain was too much ,untourable kind pain .  and iam feeling nausea so that iam so much confused about my period is this changed because of my hormone or some thing else please anybody help me
