i am always regular at 26-28 day cycles. I am now 7 days late for my period. Today I had some small red spotting, not even enough to go through a panty liner. I took a hpt 2 days ago with a negative result. I usually have very bad cramps and insomnia. I have had no cramps at all, except very mild twinges with the spotting. What is happening????
