A few weeks back I felt what I initially thought was a lump to the back of my left testicle, however after some research I am now confident it is only the epididymis, as it is soft and connects to my vans deferens. However, I cannot feel this on my right testicle and I am worried something may be wrong with one of them.
My right testicle has always been considerably smaller than my left, however most people say this is common but now I think my right may be underdeveloped or something, as I can feel the vans deferens however it seems to just connect straight to the testicle, not a epididymis.
I'm starting to worry again, and am only posting here in case this is normal or there is a reasonable explanation, or I will visit my doctor soon.

Hi CJ,
Yes, it is normal for the testicles to be different sized. The left is usually the bigger testicle. It can be very difficult to palpate (feel) the epididymis. Sometimes it is very close to the testicle itself.
I wouldn't be overly concerned but if you have any doubts see your physician.
Good luck.
