hello im 16 years old and about a couple months ago i noticed a lump attatched to each of my balls on the actaul ball it dosent hurt but i am very worried i dont want to tell my parents about it because they will be worried and i dont want to go to my doctor about it PLEASE HELP ME I AM VERRY SCAREDDD

You're finding this on both testicles so what I think you are feeling is the epididymis. It's basically connects the testicle to the vas deferens. It helps store the sperm while they mature.
This is normal.
It's good that you are checking yourself and are aware of this. As long as the lumps don't change shape or size you should be fine.
Seriously, talk to your parents about this though. They know you're worried about something I'm sure. Let them in on it. It never hurts to see the doctor about something like this and you'll know for sure and not have to worry. It is really not something you can diagnose on the internet.

I know exactly how you feel I've had the problem for almost 20yrs and the lumps haven't changed since I was a teen and I'm 34 now and it's never affected my health I haven't been sick since I was 13 so I figured it's not something I had 2 worry about but everyone is different so if it's something that's a constant worry for you maybe you should get it checked out so you can ease your mind.
