Hi all,
First of all, this is a really long post. Sorry if I drag on.
I'm a 15 year old boy, and to be perfectly blunt, I've been masterbating for a while; since I was about six, I've always masterbated by lying on my stomach and placing both hands against my penis, and using my body weight (I am really quite tubby) to masterbate. I find this really pleasing (if you want to try it do it on a bed otherwise you'll hurt your hands), but I think it's over-stimulating since I tend to cum quite quickly.
I'm not sure if I've just been watching too much porn with people lasting an hour and then shooting either gallons or complete blanks, or if that is the case, so for a bit I tried to masterbate normally - lying on my back, gripping my penis with one or both hands and moving up or down - but that just didn't stimulate me and I've never been able to reach climax with this method.
I decided I needed more lubricant, so I took a really soapy bath and tried again. I'll point out here I'm uncircumsized (am I even spelling that right?) but I just couldn't stimulate myself when doing this since my foreskin was moving with my hand and sliding over my penis without stimulating it at all - no change from without extra lubricant.
I tried, then, to use the benefit of the lubricant to stimulate the penis beneath the foreskin directly. The shaft below the penis head, once again, wasn't stimulated, but when I moved my hand up and down over the head, it did stimulate me, but not as much as it hurt. Well, it didn't so much hurt as it over-stimulated to the point that I wasn't feeling simulation.
With this method I had to really visualize a girl while masterbating, but even then I couldn't climax. I felt like I was about to, and even felt myself going over the edge, but I didn't feel any emotional or physical climax; the buildup just vanished.
I think it may be the penis head itself that is too sensitive. On the contrast, the fleshy 'nib' on the other side of the head wasn't painful, but not stimulating enough. I'm so new to this method of masterbation that I don't know how it's not working. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks alot in advance.

hey there ginja,
i would try adding more pressure. use a tigher grip possibly with lube
also what angle does your penis make when erect does it point upward, n shape downward or stick straight out?
that can also have an affect on which way feels better ;-)

What do you mean by more pressure? I'm gripping my penis pretty hard.
My penis bends upwards when erect. That's why the lying position works so well; it's sandwiched between my hands and my chest.
I don't really feel comfortable getting lube. I was trying shampoo or conditioner as a substitute, would these work?

OK so i was thinking more grip/tighter grip may simmulate the weight of you laying on your self. also some people feel better when the bend their penis downward when the stroke as it puts pressure on the suspensory ligament. however, if you like sandwiching your penis between your stomach and hand then perhaps stroking up and down while bending/holding your penis as close to your stomach as possible may feel better. its all about what feels better to you (experiment) becarefull with using shampoo or conditioner as lube as if they get into the urinary meatus (pee hole) it can really burn like when you get soap in your eye. salive(spit) can work well or oil like cooking oil although that can get messy and stain clothes/ furnature so be carefull. finally are you circumsized? alot of uncircumsized people dont need lube as their foreskins replace it especially if you try it in the shower.
hope this helps and isnt too confusing ;-)

Hi Ginja ninja:
There is nothing wrong with prone masturbation despite all of the rumors.
The foreskin is filled with nerves that are stimulated by motion. Just keep sliding your foreskin back and forth and after a bit you will start to feel very wonderful sensations. You probably do not need lubrication. That is for the poor circumcised guys.
Masturbation is relaxing, pleasant, enjoyable, harmless, healthy, normal, and contributes to restful sleep if done before bedtime. Masturbation relieves pain from overfilled seminal vesicles. Frequent masturbation prevents wet dreams. Regular ejaculation is associated with better prostate health. Masturbation is a great stress reliever.
One may masturbate as much or as little as one wishes. One may do it in any place where one has privacy. There is no upper or lower age limit for masturbation.
The internally lubricated movable nerve-laden foreskin and its gliding action is an important aid to masturbation.
Circumcision was introduced to unforeskin the penis and make it impossible to masturbate. It did not stop masturbation but it made it harder to do and perhaps less enjoyable.
How one does it depends on whether one has an internally lubricated movable foreskin that glides up and down the shaft or whether you have been unforeskinned.
If you are foreskinned, then all you need to do is glide your foreskin back and forth. The foreskin is internally lubricated with lymphatic fluid and glides without friction. The numerous nerves inside the foreskin are stimulated by the motion and generate pleasurable sensations.
Long and vigorous masturbation can cause the foreskin to become edematous and swollen, which is painless and not a cause for alarm. The edema usually goes down within about 24 hours. Pulling back too hard is apt to stretch the frenulum and may tear it.
If you are unforeskinned and the skin is taut and immovable, then you will need some lubrication and you need to slide your hand up and down the shaft. You will likely injure yourself without lubricant. Friction burns are common when a male without foreskin masturbates without lubricant. Some lubricants are baby oil, vegetable oil, personal lubricant, soapy water, and saliva.
It is common for an unforeskinned male, who has been deprived of his internally lubricated foreskin, to have friction burns if he does not apply external lubricant.
There are many myths about masturbation, which simply are not true.
