Hi,
Loss of sensation is usually caused by some nerve abnormality. Do you lose the sensation only when you ejaculate, or even during your sexual intercourse? If you have no problems with erection I think that this is not something to worry about too much. How long have you been experiencing this? You are at the age where your body is almost formed completely (regarding the changes that come in puberty) but you still might be having some changes. Are you using any medication right now? Could this be a side effect from some medication?
The good thing for you would be to stop your sexual activities for some time, masturbation as well. I think that this is just a temporary thing.

If you are tightly circumcised (most or all of your nerves removed), that might be the problem. Sadly, there is nothing you can do about it but vigorous work with hand probably works for you because it can rub the few remaining nerves much harder than intercourse can. Does masturbation work for you?
