My doctor explained to me that I have a very high or fast metabolism (watever yu call it, high or fast). I really want to get thicker but I can't, even if i work out I muscles show clearly but im still skinny, it looks like haven't eaten in weeks, its terrible. I'm a teenage guy so it's kind of a self-contious thing for me. Is there a way i could lower my metabolism without getting myself sick or an diseases?

The way you gain wt is by eating more carbs, that is breads, rice, corn, but stay away from sugar drinks and foods, that may make you a diabetic. Ask a trainner at a gym for some help on this.
and of course, age will caught up to you and look that the rest of us, over wt at 25 or so, BE CAREFULL on what you wish for.
