I honestly wouldn't worry about it that much. If I were you about the not getting wet part I would probably just get some lube. Its not an embarrassing thing and I'm sure not being able to get wet is already embarrassing. And about not being able to orgasm... I am 20 about to be 21 and don't judge but I have had my share of sexual partners and I still to this day haven't orgasmed with a guy. You just have to find the one that will come day. Or get more comfortable to be able to master ate while he does what he does.
