i didn't menstrate for about 4months at first i thought i was pregnant but there where no signs of pregnancy.after the 4 months i started menstrating heavily and with lumps continuously for about two weeks then it stopped for two days and came again the same way.it has be going on for about 4months now what should i do or what medicine can i take am confused

You didn't say how old are you, that could make the difference about the exact cause for your problem. Have you ever been on the birth control pill? It seems, definitely, that your hormones are very much off their balance and most common cause for this to happen, especially with such a disruption in your menstrual cycle, is polycystic ovaries syndrome or PCOS. What you need to do is to see a gynecologist who will be able to determine what exactly is causing this to happen and than he will be able to give you the proper treatment.
