ANYTIME you have unprotected sex there is a chance of pregnancy! You have to remember that there are 1 million sperm in ejaculate! and you can NOT see them! Also precum is when the penis becomes erect and it starts lubricating itself - to fit into the vagina easier! NO ONE can tell you if you have live sperm on your penis or not! And ALL it takes is 1 insertion close to the Cervix, for that sperm or multiple sperm to try and make it! I have "counselled" about 6 young girls and couples that have had a surprise from precum!
I usually tell girls/women to wait about a good 21 days after possible conception - to have a REALLY good reading1 It can definitely happen after 2 weeks, but it's best (less likely for false negatives and positives)

Is there a reason - that she knows of - for not having her period for 3 months? She hasn't had a depo shot or been on the pill has she? And it doesn't matter if it's for a second! That's what EVERYONE needs to understand! Pregnancy can happen at ANY time and ANY length of time! Since it's been 16 days since the unprotected I would think that this is enough time to show + or - . So you could wait for while - to be totally sure - or try it now! I would like to know what she thinks the delay is about?

Hi, can someone help? i have been on yasminelle for the last few months now but when i have sex with my boyfriend we still use a condom just to be extra safe.. i take my pill pretty religiously everyday and if i do forget to take it at the exact same time evryday. i only take it mabe an hour or 2 later than normal.. that happens very rarely though, i always remember. the other day, we had sex without a condom.. i made him pull out before ejaculating and he is nearly positive that nothing happened.. not even a little bit. could anyone help me? do you think theres possibilty of pregnancy? i really hope not..:(.............

Hi honey! 1st of all with almost 100% certainty I will say you are NOT pregnant honey! As Yaz is a VERY good BCP! And that is also enforced because he also pulled out before ejaculating! It would have been better if you had used a condom - as usual! - which is FANTASTIC by the way - but just relax honey! Yaz and ALL BCP do a couple of things to stop conceiving! 1. They 99% of the time stop ovulation 2. They thin out the lining of your uterus - so there is NOTHING for the conceived egg to burrow into 3. it thickens the cervical gel - making it virtually impossible for the sperm to swim through! So just have faith in your birth control, don't stress - as this can bring on symptoms of pregnancy - and just in the future keep using a condom and have him pull out and ejaculate into the condom after! this will virtually be the closest you can be to 100% protection!
