I'm a 15 year old and for the past 3 days I had a stomach ache then on the next day I got a fever, a stomach ache, my head got dizzy and a ache, my chest was hurting, and a sore throat. On the next day it became a bit worst I was cold/shaking and all the rest. I don't know can you help me?
