Im 31 year old married woman

I feel twitching in left lower abdominal since 1 month 

I have history of miscarriage and D and C had cyst in overy but it dissolved by medicine.

My doctor says that no abnormality seen in sonography. 

But still i feel pain and twitching

And back pain since one week what i do please advise me
