i find small pink spots inner to my penis below the bell and on fore skin inverted and slightly painful and vanishes in two days.It only happens when my body gets heated up due to consumption of non-veg like beef and chicken. wat could it be. My family doctor says nothing to worry and gave me a some kind of cooling agent and i didn't use it wen i got it for the 2nd or 3rd time. but i clean up everyday wit water and soap.i'm 29 and virgin too.

Hi this is small glands what release the milky cheesy stuff that grow under the for skin it is nothing to worry about this is there to keep the pennis healthy by some guys this glands is visible others not that is wy yours is so sensitive this will go away after having a lot of sex.or after marriage.
