Everything is going along normally...then all of a sudden I get this tickle in the back of my throat and my eyes start to water, I cannot speak, my throat closes up (not completely) but my breathing is compromised and I start coughing. This attack last for about 2 minutes and then I am fine! I don't have a cold or allergies. I went to the Dr and he said it was acid reflux and put me on Pepcid. I have been taking Pepcid twice a day for two days now and I am still having these attacks about 4-5 times a day....What the heck??? This is very uncomfortable. I am in sales and this is hard to handle when you have to be with clients all day. Any advise would be appreciated.
