I had an accident and hurt my testicles, can I fix them back without surgery?

We'd need to know what happened to your testicles? Did you get hit and it hurt and then quit hurting like usual for all males when they get hit in the balls? Or did your testicles rupture and get deformed or burst open or what? Any serious injury would need a Dr.s help to save the testicle from damage or dying. A normal hit to the testicles rarely does permanent damage as the testis can swing and slide around inside the scrotum to avoid most direct hits and getting pinned or crushed most of the time. A normal hit will hurt for maybe an hour or so and then quit hurting. If you have bleeding, bruising, swelling, a smashed or deformed testicle, then you need a Dr.s help to save your testicles from dying or being harmed and maybe even getting sterile if the damage is bad enough. Its way easier to see a Dr. right away than to wait and risk a testicle dying and needing to be cut off after its dead. If you wait too long to see a Dr. with badly damaged balls, it'll be much harder for you to get them repaired after too much time has passed with no care or treatment.
