So I hit puberty, and my balls hurt.. I can cum, I have done it before I have NO armpit hair at all, and my balls when I lay down and like move up there is the like ball, my balls have "dropped" as they say but I still sound 5.. I'm 14 and I need to know these things help! also how do I know when I smell down there?

Some testicle pain is common during puberty.
You are NORMAL sir. Armpit hair often comes much later than pubic hair, often around 15-16 or so. The voice change can happen anytime as well.
We all develop at different rates/times. Do NOT compare yourself to anyone. You are you and develop at your own pace.
Wash daily. Some "odors" are normal.

You'll smell it if it gets bad.
You do need to clean under your foreskin as best you can. If you can't use your finger yet then at least use some water. Smegma will accumulate.
