i had an ectopic feb 14 i am trying to get preg again and nothing happen i need a baby please help

i have adaughter she is eight now and i am trying to have another child but its not possible i had two miscarage and the last was an ectopic my right tube was taken out i was spotting for an week with unbearable pain it was really sad for me because a child so bad i cant wait for that special day to hold another baby please help me how soon can i get preg what should i do.shelly
