Your question is not very clear. If you had a period, it is unlikely you are pregnant. You say you had sex on day 7 of your period. Do you have a period for 7 days? Or do you mean day 7 of your cycle (6 days after your period started), or the 7th day after your period ended? By "i been having it going on day 17 now" do you mean you have been having your period for 17 days? If so, that could be why you are feeling tired, and I would suggest a medical check-up.

i had sex on day 7 of my cycle! ever since i had sex the 3 days before my cycle i've been tired alot lately..i really dnt know how long my cycle is because its irregular

Day 7 is not very likely to be a fertile day. But as your are irregular, it is possible your ovulation day could have been Day 12. Then Day 7 could have been a fertile day, but then implantation would not yet have taken place.

I think your tiredness and pains are more likely to be because of an infection. This may have been picked up with your previous sexual encounter 3 days before your period (or even earlier). You need to be careful.

I suggest a medical check up. A blood test might reveal the cause.
