First i dont no what anyone means by retracted foreskin. i read a different question on how you should like ull the skin back before sex.....? people say that there 20(ex.) and there fore skin has retracted finaly ,and it stays like that? plz clue me in

foreskin is a double-layered fold of skin on the penis. there is a rather informative article on foreskin on wikipedia; i'd give it a look.
