I have a burn mark on the back of my neck that appeared out of nowhere . no cause. don't understand

I too have a burn mark but it's like a patch on the left side of my neck. I don't often look in the mirror to look at my neck, so I was pretty surprised to find it there even when I swear it wasn't there probably years ago. Before I even noticed the scar, I felt very vulnerable on the left neck side and therefore cup it in as a form of protection. Though I do believe the scar wasn't formed due to cupping it with my hands. Now that I think about it, perhaps the scar appeared 1-2 years ago as I only started cupping it within that time. However since I'm dark skinned the scar is darker. I only went to look at this website to see if anyone has a similar experience.

I was sitting on the couch with my friends and I was feeling a stingy kindof burning feeling and I saw a red mark on my chest. It is line a tan line but red just came out of now where?!?! what should I do?

Nice to know that this has happened to other people as well, I had this straight 3cm burn like Mark appear on my arm out of nowhere, about a month ago, it's almost healed now, but I needed to see if someone else knew.

Sam thing happened to me. A circle wound just appeared in the back of my neck. It is very round and it is in the center. I don't know what'sgoing on bit i know theres something.. So it is really weird..

the same exact thing happened to me. circle about 1 inch wide feels like a burn. I woke up one morning and felt the skin because it was irritated and it felt like a burn no explanation on how I got it. looks like I was burned with the cherry of a cigar.
