Hi! I am a 27 years old . I have a kidneystone on both my kidney.a doctor told me that their size is 6.4mm after this i drink 3 litres of water per day for 2 month. but a stone can't pass throuth urine. How can i remove them? I feel a high degree of pain when i sleep on my left side.what kinds of foods are prefereble to me.please tell me all the measurements i have to take.thanks!
