Hello users I am a 17 year old guy.I want to ask something very important.i dont even know where tot start i am Suffering from alot of sympthoms that is cognitive. I noticed that i cant think and plan things like i used to i have lost all my intelligence almost i cant comprehend what people say it looks like i also lost my personality i cant talk normally anymore my memory is almost non existant i cant get new information now i have gone to a neurologist they made a CT scan hut IT showed nothing i find that weird please help me people what could IT be
