i have a lump on my but for like maybe 5 days, I then got a friend to pop it, becuase we thought it was a zit. and puss came out, and 2 days later my friend poped it again. now 1 day later, I have another lump in another part of my put with the old lump stil sorta around. also i seem to have a vain going from the lump, going towards by growing area, it did hurt, but i took some ibeprofein, and it seems to have kinda stopped the pain, but its still their. what the hell do i do help!!!!!

and for the record my girlfriend fingers me all the time, and ive never been sick, or had any medical problems.
