puss filled blisters on my hands

Hii. Im a 21 year old woman who suffers from a condition called excema herpeticum(l take daily medication to control outbreaks) and Moderate excema. around a Month ago l noticed small White lumps on the inside of one of my fingers. Obviously, l tried to pop them thinking they were Some sort of Spot/Stye, it worked but instead of puss,there was a clear liquid. They went sortly after. One week ago, l noticed a lump on the side of my hand near to the finger Joints, again l poped it. But now l have small blister type spots Spanning across my knuckles, which Of Course is both annoying and painfull. also,when they Pop they leave scabbs and dry skin. Can anyone shine alight on what it is?
