i have a swollen right labia minora and I have had it for years. It doesn't hurt or irritate me, but it's inflamed. Any ways I can make he swelling go down?

Hi, you say you have had it for years and it doesn't hurt but what makes you think it's inflamed, labia minora and majora come in all different shapes and sizes and not all are symmetrical either so I would say that is what's wrong with yours one side is just more puffy than the other.
