Hi. I understand your problem with allergies, i never had any up untill 7 years ago and boy, they can be annoying. So after trying everything i can give you phew tips that you should consider. First , so you know, no one knows why allergies are here, simly put, at one point your body said "I've had enough of pollen, or dust exc, i dont want to take it anymore". So everytime dust gets into your system your immune system reacts as it was some dangerous toxic dust and prepares for defence. At this point your cells release substance called Histamyne and that Histamyne is what causes itchy watery eyes, nose congestion, throat itchines and other. So in order to reduce the effects you might consider drinking ANTI Histamins, check with the doctor. You dont need prescription but it wouldnt hurt to ask. The way i drank it was 5 mg once a day before sleep and Calcium + Vitamin C tablets in the morning and i feeling just fine. If you need some more info about this let me know.
