am 24 year old and me and my boyfriend have been trying for 3 month now unprotected sex and i have the feeling like i am pregnent i have been having cramping in my ribs and i had blood spotting for 1 day propper red coulour but i am not due for my period for another week and now i have stopped i am getting a numb tingle feeling in my belly and constant going to the toilot could these be signs of pregnancy
