I have been having spells of light headedness. I don't take any medications that would cause this. I never know when it is going to happen. some times it happens 2-3 times a week and then go several weeks before it happens again. When it does happen, I have to lay down for a while. I do not get dizzy, the room does not spin, I just feel lightheaded.
