The birthmark on your penis is nothing to worry about if that is what it is.
The skin peeling and becoming red is a concern and you should get your parents to make an appointment to see your doctor just to make sure everything is okay.
It is embarrassing to talk about things concerning your penis with your parents but you could just say you think you should have a check up.
If your sexually active it should be checked.
If your masturbating is it in a place where it could be caused by friction when your masturbating?

If your ashamed of your birth mark or penis call a dr asap I had the same problem I had a birth mark on my foreskin yes I was uncircumcised at the time I went to dr and I asked him about getting circumcised and did I have nothing to be embarrassed about my birth mark is gone so is foreskin

HI. All my life, i have been embarrassed about my birthmark on my penis. It gets worst when i talk to girls, because I dont want them to take my pants off, incase they see it and laugh. My birthmark covers my whole penis, and it is brown color. I hope someone can read this and relate. It seems having a birthmark on your penis is quite common

I also have a birth mark on my penis and it is only on one side of the head, I went to the doctor and they took a sample to examine it and it wasn't anything malicious, the way they took the sample was by using liquid nitrogen to stop the pain receptors with out damaging the nerve. It was still a little bit painful but they can't use anesthetics becuse if your penis stops erecting afterwards th eh can be sued for it. But yeah my birthmark does not seem to be harmful at all, and I'm gonna have to accept to live with it
