Hey guys I have had a little bump that is in my cords going out of the testicle, it moves around a little but its attached to my testicle, its been there for about a year now and I just recently started getting discomfort, I went to the doctor and he said I have a varicocele because I can feel all the veins in the left testicle, what can help the discomfort?
