Hi Everyone, I am new to the site but am in need of some help.  I have been feeling sick lately.  I have had nausea for the last three days, feeling lightheaded (like I can't think straight), my left side of my abdomen has hurt, and I have been tired all day every day for the last three days.  I try to go to sleep but I can't sleep.  I'm not really sure what is going on or even what it could be.  I am looking for advice as to what it could be or if I should call my doctor.  Thank you!
