I have had numerous dc cardioversions as I am very symptomatic with AF. Each time I have been shocked first time into sinus rhythm. I have rheumatic heart disease and a mechanical mitral valve so I'm on warfarin. However my last episode I had only the racing heart and nothing else. I'm trying to tolerate the HR of about 70bpm, but it is very noisy! As well as making me feel very tired!! Think I'm going to have to give in and go to hospital. I'm intolerant to beta blockers, I'm on aminoderone. Anyone got any advise as to anything else I can do!!!!! I'm only 50 yrs old
