Hi I'm a 13 year old girl.

I have a lot of hair loss, fatigue, joint pain, stomach pain, purple skin, headaches, swollen lymph nodes, and also feeling weak and tired. I don't know if I should tell my parents because I've been doing research and it says it could be leukemia. Please help me. I don't know if I should tell my parents.
