I have no visible signs of discharge but my penis does hurt from time to time

I have just got back from benidorm

I had protected oral sex with a woman that lasted no longer than 2 mins . I'm slightly worried I may have caught something even thou It was protected.

I also had a drunken fumble with wasnt protected where I'm not even sure if we had sex I can only imagine we did.

I have since been waiting for a test but I have no visible signs of discharge but my penis does hurt from time to time I'm wondering if that's guilt.

I had white tongue but have been to the doctors and they said that there was no infection 

I have no discharge
