I have one red polka dot looking circle on my face

I have one red polka dot looking circle on my face. It's on my right cheek about an inch under my eye. I have had it for 6 days and it seems to not be moving or getting bigger. It's about the size of my pinky nail and is pinkish red. It's not raised and doesn't have a ring around it. I have not changed my diet and have been cleaning my face regularly as usual. I have tried peroxide and Listerine and had no negative or positive reaction. I get my license next week and would like it gone by then....any suggestions to cure it or get rid of it??? Help!
