My boyfriend and I had sex 3 days before my scheduled period(wasn't really sex just went inside me for a few seconds and didn't cum) . I am 5 days late not knowing what's the cause. My body feels like it wants to get it but no blood whatsoever comes out. Cervical mucus has decreased. I have untreated hashimotos (hypothyroiditis). I've never missed a period since I've had it, not that I know of. I have sudden back pain and mild abdominal cramps. Whats the cause of my late/missed period? My hashimotos or am I really pregnant?
