:$ I am 14 nearly 15 because i wuz born in December the 18 ment to b born on the 16 so i wuz two days late i have symptoms like:

pubic hair, under arm hair, discharge and its a yellowy white colour, i wear a 34a bra and my mates have started there period but i haven't because i think it is just because i wuz born late and all that but i have got some of my hormones e.g.
moody, dull, happy, upset and i take things to heart and i walk away wen i get mad e.g.
i shout at people i hit my feet of things i stomp around and i even hurt my hand today because i wuz in a mood :'( I just wont to start because i have the symptoms of a period i even have period pains and they kill so i am a bit annoyed at the moment....... >:(

so can you help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz............... I need an answer.... :-S lol x

Hello..I am 14 and the doctor said that f i dont start my period i wont be able to have kidsAll of my friends has already started.How can i start without going and getting a exam.Please help me.I will try anything to start my period.

soo i forgot to say;; could it be a cause of already LOSING MY VIRGINITY???? i was like 4 or 5 btw!! because when i was little me and my cousins (guys) were playing around;; i climbed up this thing and then he was like ima stick my finger up yur poo poo ho!! i couldnt get down so he did it;; but to the wrong hole!!!! it hurted like sh*t!!! i was crying for soo long!!! couple hours later i went to use the restroom then i was like WTF!!! there was blood all over my underwear!! and I was ONLY 4 or 5 YEARS OLD!!!!!! and i lost my freaking virginity too him.. i told my mom!! daymm did my cousin get a beating.. i didnt undderstand what it mean... but when i got older i understood i already lost my virginity!! not like i never slept with anyone but then like;; my cherry was popped at a very young age;; and like could that be a reason why my period is not showing??????

hi, im 16 years of age, i turned 16 in april
like the rest i v still havent had my period yet iv been to the doctors and they booked me an appointment to the hospital, but what i want to know is 16 too late, im preety small about 5 foot. my mother had her periods when she was about 13 or 14 but i dont know why am i so late also if i got to the hospital what would they tell you would they give me something ???

im a bit concerned because when people ask me my age they do not believe im 16 they say im like 12 or 13 which i feel bad any help plz???

I have the SAME problem! I'm so embarrased and I want to see a dr to see if everything's ok, but my mom keeps tellin me to wait. She says it hurts and is NOT comfortable but still. I don't feel NORMAL. ugh! I turn 14 in a couple months and i still havent gotten it yet!!!!! i feel like a freak af nature. I every other way im developing. i have hair down there, i wear bras, and i feel depressed or really hyper or whatever all in like 10 minutes. I know how oklahoma weather feels like! yeah, im oklahoma weather and it sprinkles but... no thunderstorms... i guess

Your not a freak babe your just really lucky! I started when i was 13 and felt the same way as you that i was werird and kinda wanted it too start but trust me its the worst thing EVER there is nothing worse! Just be gratefull it hasn't started i would give anything too be you! :(

I haven't started my period either and I'm 14 years old. My mom had hers when she was 14. I'm anxious to have mine because I've been waiting. You know the saying,"A watched pot never boils." Just think of it this way, if you pay attention to it, you're going to sweat it too much and eventually feel like it's never going to happen. I would say, if you turn 16 and it still hasn't happened, see a doctor. You could also say that you're lucky... No cramps and no crabby-ness. :) stay strong.

hi i am 20 in 5 weeks and i havent strated my periods soo dont worry i am on pills and they r fine the docto said i will start my periods soon and i hope he is right also he said if they dont i have to have a scan to check everything is ok but all in all i am not worried biut my mum started her periods when she was like 10 or something daft so i am a bit worried but i have to keep calm ro i get stressed and then they take longer than they would if i didnt get stressd sooo KEEP CALM and it is a naturall thing it will come when it is ready and it WON'Taffect u having kids if u get the perionds late :) hope that helped love laura xxxxxx

rember that it is ok to start ur periods later than u think they should.

hi yes the doctor told me to go to hospital and now i can not have babys and i am only 15 ..... so i am still wondering if i wont have mmy period ever? it kinda sucks so im like part boy? fml. but he said it will come but VERY LATE.and that mean sim going to me fukn tall! oh no......i lie to my friends and say i have my period but i dont it sucks... also im scared to get poked in case then my period will come. :O

Hi, Im 17, going to be 18 in two months, and I haven't gotten my period yet either. My endocrinologist wants me to take the estrogen pills but I am kind of scared to do that because I want my body to do it naturally. I am small, about 4'10", and pretty skinny. If anyone has taken estrogen, can you please let me know, so I can have an idea of what it is like? I still dont want to take estrogen but I want to know someone elses experinces with it. Also, my boobs seemed like they were starting a few months ago, but then the progress seemed to stop and I am back to square one. Is this normal?

I definitely understand the lying to friends, all of my best friends when I was 10/11 were early developers, and when I started secondary school at 12 most of my friends were a year older, so I've been lying for 5/6 years now that I have my period. My group of friends since age 15 talk about their periods all the time, its really upsetting and makes me extremely self conscious, especially because all their cycles are the same, so I always end up lying. I've worn an underwired bra since I was twelve and a half, I never wear low cut tops unless I have a vest inside, and feel really self conscious in bathing suits. I have no breast development and am always the first to mock myself and say oh yeah I'm size AA and flat or whatever. One of my friends has said before in a teasing way I bet you've never had you're period, so of course now I lie even more.

Most girls I know got theirs at 14, so don't worry! At 15 I went to the doctor to get scans which said everything was okay just delayed, and now at 17 my mom is letting me get puberty induced so hopefully I'll be able to have children someday.
