i feel the exact same way you do i'm in love with my boyfriend but i just got on my first birth control ever which is the shot the shot takes 3 months or more to get out of your system it's been 2 weeks and i'm dying i'm always crying and questioning my relationship he is such a great guy and i don't wanna loose him ! i know these thoughts aren't me but what if i start to believe them

Hi I am so sorry you are dealing with this. It is so hard. These thoughts have led me to feel like there's like nothing left to stay for my relationship. I'm not believing them thougj, staying with my boyfriend until I can feel better. Please stay strong and know that your body needs some time to adjust. Try to keep very busy it is a hard and long road to feeling better.
