Okay, so I can pop my bones, I do it a lot. Mainly I pop my neck, shoulders, now my ankle,but I can also pop my wrist and my back...I know these are normal places to pop your bones but weh in school I pop them all at least twice a day, and when at home I pop my shoulders at least five times a day, can you help me figure out what is wrong with me? I asked one doctor and he said it was growing pain, but I don't believe that because I do it very often...Help me please.
