well im 14 years old and i weigh 185 lbs !! i know it rediculous. im 5'3'' but still im not satified what can i do??? please help me.. im hispanic and im planning my Quincenera for next year and i want to look really good and also for 8th grade prom !!! Im 14 too and i weigh 135lbs but have you looked around? there are loads of people at our age who are overweight but its normal! a lot of people grow sideways before going up.
But to help you my friend got a exercise bike really cheaply and in 3 weeks lost 3cm off her thighs and she feels great! She goes on half an hour a day and soon she's seeing the benefits.
Also just simply not having another hand full of chips or a chocolate bar into meals will help. Its the little things that change us.
Top tips
1. It will be hard but if you keep at it you'll be fine
2. If you feel slim and confident in yourself thats how others will see you too!
