okay so i'm a 14 year old girl and i weigh 165 pounds. I am 5' 8" and very broad. I feel very uncomfortable about my body and im jealous of all the thin girls in bikinis when i have to wear a tankini or a one piece. I have tried to eat better and get more exercise but the motivation only lasts for a day or two. Im embarrassed to talk to my parents and even my doctor about my weight but i think i need to just do it. Is there anyone else out there like me? does anyone have any advice on how to loose weight safely and quickly? i really could use the help. thanks!
