Help!!! Im 13 and im 5'3" and i weight 114 pounds!!!!
This what I hate well my upperbody is so slim and pretty
But I have a huge butt and theighs and I need help to get rid of them
I want to weigh 105 pounds or lower
I need Help!!!
I am so tired of every one making fun of me!!!!!!
I need to lose 9 or 10 pounds in 2 monthes!!!!

You can definitely lose those 10 pounds in two months time if you add exercise to it. Simple workouts would change a lot like walking or running for 15-30 minutes a day. Exercise without good diet would be useless since, you are going to eat more every after those tiring workouts. So you have to have a combination of good diet and exercise. Always go for protein rich foods and cut down too much carbs in your every meal. Also include vegetables and fruits to further enahnce once metabolism. Good luck!
