im 14 years young. and im 5'3 and i weigh 140. i would love to be 125. but i love food no lie. i run on the tred mill 30 mins a day. and do crunches. But if i dont eat the healthiest will i not loose weight?

We need to eat in order to provide energy our body needs to do its tasks, from breathing to walking and thinking. When you eat more food than you need to have enough energy for things you do, body begins to store that energy and it becomes fat. So, you need to push your body to start using that energy stored in the fat so you can start to lose weight. That is why there is no way to lose weight if you don’t start to eat less. And if you eat burger and fries how than are you supposed to make your body to think it needs to start using already stored fat. That is one of the main reasons why you need to change what you eat if you want to lose weight. And obviously – to avoid bad conditions caused by fatty and other unhealthy food like diabetes or heart problems.

LOL. You'll die before you lose 15 pounds if you don't eat.
I suggest healthy eating. Maybe cutting down on eating the unhealthy foods, such as chips, ice cream...junk food in general.

Also, excercising at the same time as healthy eating will help you lose weight with ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed . This is a more effective way to losing 15 pounds.

Not eating...that's anorexic and I'm sure you won't lose anything but your life
