I have been having problems with my joints for quite some time. I am practicing kick boxing and I also do fitness (fitness with weight lifting started 3 years ago, and kick-box 6 months ago). So far I have managed to combine these two, but lately I have been experiencing joint pain. I really hate doctors cause the only thing they said to me is that I should rest a bit and that it is the only way for pain to vanish. I do not think so. What to do?

Well, rest certainly is the way to solve your joint problems, but I assume that it will not satisfy you. Kickboxing involves hitting with your fists and that puts strain on your joints. When you add weight lifting, you see why that could be a problem. Good stretching of joints is essential here, and you should consider reducing the weight you lift. Try that for a while, see how it goes. Perhaps vitamins for tendons and ligaments might help also.
