I need a program to start with some serious exercises. I am not that interested in extreme heavy lifting, but light exercises are not satisfying me also. I need some balanced program, which will build my muscle mass, but not intensively and I would like to be in a good shape too. I have been practicing bodybuilding from time to time in last 3 years (couple of months each time). Any advice?

It seems to me that you are having problems with consistency rather then with certain program. Three months are just enough to activate your body and muscles, but nearly not enough for some serious effects. As for balancing program, you could combine some medium weights with running and swimming. Also, martial arts are good for balancing with development of white and red muscle mass.
