Hi, I am 28 years old and I am totally new in kickboxing. I don't have any experience in this sport but I would like to practice it and become very good in it. I would like to hear some advices which may be useful for me as I am beginner. Thank you very much.

Hi, I am practicing kick boxing for several years already and I may give you few advices which may be very useful to you. First you would exercise in the gym to strengthen your body. Also in the beginning don't exercise with your partner but do it on the boxing equipment. Also always use protective mask, gloves and other equipment which will protect you from harming.
