i still havent had my peroid

Hi Sidneey. I appreciate your concern and remember how anxious I was to start my period at your age. I started at age 14, so you are right on target. Most girls start anywhere between the ages of 11 and 15. You are right in the middle at age 13 so be patient. XD It sounds like you have definately reached puberty and the next step is to start your period. Am sure you are prepared by having things on hand, right? Like pads or tampons. Keep something in your purse at school if you can as well, just in case. Try not to stress or worry about when you will start, as that can affect things. Stress is not good for your system anyway and by keeping your mind off of it, you could be doing your body a great deal of good. Patience is the enemy right now, but all the signs you are having are pointing in the right direction. It is going to happen, there is no way out of it. Good luck!

I remember in middle school a girl that started her period and really had no idea what was going on, she was so embarrassed and I felt so bad for her. She was in gym class of all places. She was not prepared and it was a bad scene. I have always remembered that - it's the sort of thing you have bad dreams about. Well, good luck as I said. :-)
