Hi this my firsttime on this site i had unprotected sex 4 months ago i took a blood and took test all negative but 1st month i was twoo weeks late with spotting and now its been three months and i swear it feels like something moving in my uterus but i dnt wan to go doctors because last time i went to doctor which was like two months ago he look at me like i was crazy iv neen having head ache thigh pains and pains in my abdomen as well no period still so i dunno what u think ???

Go to the doctor. Or even just the emergency room and they'll do tests. Tell them you feel something moving around but no positive pregnancy test. Just say your really concerned and don't know what's going on. That sound like pregnant to me, no period and movement. So if you don't want to see your primary doc just for to the ER or a planned parenthood and they'll do an ultrasound possibly

hi thanx yeh im really worried im going to see another doctor because i dont want to just give birth because i didnt know i was 100 % pregnate i told my grandma she worried and want me go to doctors straight away i have put on weight aswell it looks llike i have pregnate belly but i just think its in my head since the doctor was convinced im not
