It's okay, no woman can fully understand whats going on with their body.
Your not alone. life is full of questions.
Not all woman experience dizzyness/light headed/drained when they are on their period all the time, some women experience no dizzyness symptoms at all when they are on their period.
As i said before. When your are on your period, you can feel nausea/dizzyness/light headed because your loosing blood and because your iron level is droping. Even when you finished your period you can still feel dizzy because you lost the blood and the iron went down.
Even if this is your first time feeling 'dizzy' when you had your peiod or not, it is normal.
But im not an expert, i can only give you information about somethings. i can't say your had your period your fine and then you actually were pregnant, or i said your pregnant and then that was your period.
But to answer your question (what do you think is the cause of this????)
In my opinion, iron level droped and loss of blood.
If pregnant, your body is changing.
(do you think it can be a sign that im pregnant????)
It can be if that wasnt your period and was implantaion bleeding.
Thats all i can do for you, if you have any other questions, its best for you to go to your doctor.
Or even take a pregnancy test to save you time.

Its best to take a pregnancy test around your missed period or 14 days after you had 'unprotected sex'
With you, you already had bleeding or brown discharge, you can take a pregnancy test now.
You might have an infection.
Here, i'll give you a list of different types of discharge, it can help you throught your life.
White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.
Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.
Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.
Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.
Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.
Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come. If you have spotting at the time of your normal period rather than your usual amount of flow, and you have had sex without using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test.

I've been feeling lightheaded lately and having numbing hands. Today my upper tummy is feeling like cramps like when you have PMS, but at times it feels heavy. So is it a sign of pregnancy?
