hy i am so confused because last month i take folic acid then i missed my priods i do 4 home test all nagitive gyne says do w8 . this month i see brownish spot then 1 time dark blood spot then brown spoot no period just 3 time spot ,docter do a scan of mine but doc says no preg . why this happen plz tell me i feel cramping abdominal pain,fatigue,breast sensitivity
